Hello all, sorry if this is a re-post, posted a while ago and still dont see it up ?? Anyway, very new to this forum, bought the Smoke51 Duo about a month ago, last week got a 510 ? The slim e-cig with a button and liquid use? Only one e-cig store in town and they shut down, thinking of adding e-cig sales to my shop(I already have a small retail front for jewlery),, Not sure what to carry, sell what i like and know ? Only Smoke 51 so far, heard greenSmoke is a good brand , any reviews? Can an e-cig store make money or is that why the last one shut down ? would it be a good side business or do most people buy on line ? I am in albq NM, are e-cig stores hot on the east and west coast? there are none here except for a guy at the mall and indoor flea market.,thanks for any help

Most people but online. Usually the stores that do well are stores that open in response to great demand from their online customers. IF you were to open an e-cig store with the limited e-cig knowledge that you seem to possess (no offense meant by that) then one of two things would happen:

• you'd end up being one of those retailers that we hate, the ones who sell sub-par products for way too much money and very little knowledge to assist the customer with.... grrrr...

• you'd end up trying to sell good products to customers who know more about them than you do, undermining your ability to sell them because your customers won't respect you.

Sorry to sound harsh, that's just my opinion. Why don't you read more, try more, buy more, mod more... When you can answer those questions for yourself and you can give an honest review for smoke 51 or the Joye 510 and be able to tell the difference between those and the eGo, tornado, provari, etc..... etc... etc... THEN, you can start to think about opening an e-cig store.

Honestly, you wouldn't open an art gallery if you couldn't talk about art would you?

Rosa, excellent post! She's totally right. We'd all love to have e-cigs (the GOOD ones...NOT Smoke51 or Greensmokes either one....) available to use without having to order on-line. But there are just a handful of good stores that handle good products....and they all started out online THEN opened a storefront after they had quite a following and after they knew the market and the products inside-out.
