Nothing is 100% safe but using e-cigs is safer than smoking. Have you been to any of your local vape shops?

I smoked 2 packs a day for 30 years.
For me, vaping has been a big benefit.

If you do not smoke, then I wouldn't recommend vaping.

I wouldn't buy anything from that site. It looks terrible and untrustworthy (bad web design is usually a good indicator of the quality of service). There are many other certified vendors available.

You might want to try Eciggity or KidneyPuncher. They have some starter kits available that are both affordable and reliable.
