the more a cigar smokes,the quicker one goes through Atomized Cartridge/cartomizers right?

Can anyone recommend a good/great e cigar,I see one of these I am looking at has a soft feel to it,that is not nessesary for me,either is a lot of smoke(Im thrifty)
Also I see e liquids with just a tobacco description,one has to get specific "cigar" e liquid?
