Behind you
I'm nursing a very sick toddler and dealing with some marriage complications.

At the end of this week I'll be helping setup four displays are four parts of a smoking supply chain with 808 gear. I was hoping to include ECF and CASAA-like business cards and pamphlets but I'm not sure I'll have that all ready by then.

A long time ago I noticed a bunch of eGo devices popping up around town. I never figure out where they came from but they've made a reappearance so the local shoppe is looking at stocking some of those too. My only concern now is that the owners do have a tendency to sell to questionably aged buyers. I hadn't seen it myself but that's the last thing I'd want to see.

I'm around though... and look to this thread for inspiration. -Magnus

I hope things get much better on both fronts.

I also look to this thread for inspiration. And knowledge and entertainment. I have learned so much here.

And it's too hot to even sit on the porch. :(

Poor Nate...give me a holler if you need help...

@Magnus Well I cant help you much there...I hope things get better...and I really hope the kid gets better soon...If it gives you any inspiration I found out its not the VG i'm allergic to its sulphites...and with that in hand and 5 different kinds of SS mesh I got the Gummygen screaming along...both with 100% PG juice and I have some VG I am not reacting to now...and soon to send it to its new home...I have more pressing things than fussing w a gen atty all day...

Also I am going off of raidys suggestions that the major reason for the clogging of the wick is the dirt in the air...I have been working on a solution to that beings I have all this assorted filtration material(Mesh) available to me...(the second reason I ordered so many types of mesh)...I may have done some more stumbling...

Well I was sure the thread wasn't dead I just didn't see any posts for a day and thats unusual...

It's not the wiring or soldering that's got me down. It's modding the enclosure.

The idea was to put on the electronics in a little box with a jack for a 12v 3A wall wart. The box has a little voltage display and thumbscrew for adjusting the voltage and an RCA jack "out" to the handheld PV. Everything works, but it looks like Michael J. Fox did all the dremel work.

I've wondered about the others lately as well, hit up a few of the newbie posts to keep me busy. There is alot less drama at the Q, although a recent post regarding Nicotine Dependency Help at the Mayo Clinic made me kinda depressed.

I'm lucky enough to live in a state bordering MN, so we have the ability to get referred to Mayo for serious medical issues. Was an ear-saver (yes really) for my mother in law. Hometown doctors were certain a bump on her ear was cancer, fast growing, dead soon kind of situation. Wanted to CUT OFF HER EAR to save her. She freaked and we took her to Mayo (not a small task when I live in central IA and she's in Sioux City).

Doctors there told her it wasn't cancer, and they ended up doing a "write up" for a medical journal as they had never seen her type of condition before. Mayo care is tops in my book!

Then I see how they have not yet taken a serious look at nicotine w/o smoking:

QuitSmokingMessageBoard.com • View topic - Nicotine Dependance

Mayo really does do wonderful work, but its so disheartening that a more cosmopolitan approach hasn't been considered. Mayo is known worldwide for out-of-the-box thinking when approaching a medical issue, thought smoking/nicotine would play right into that.

I'll have to give them more time. They (mayo) are confronting the smoking issue head-on, and I can't really say anything against that aspect.

looks to me like someone saw the Bad Attitudes of some of the less open minded on the Q board and agreed with our opinions...if it ends the cig habit (with its thousands of noxious chemicals) Ecigs are a valid choice...and people being hard headed on the q board about it is stupid and closed minded...

Hooray for us ...now if only that person will go do some reading before going to some mall shop for their first PV it would be perfect...

Sometimes I just wish both sides would actuallty realize that WHAT each side believes in is NOT going to be easily if ever changed so all this mean snapping posts just makes BOTH sides look stupid & childish-what does that prove to outsiders....
