me2, hand to mouth is what I'm in this for... still zero here, but just like you Gary, I don't fear the demon.

It REALLY bothers them when we throw around nicotine so casually. <sigh>

Its probably from posts I have read here, and maybe one or two "there" that I began to realize nicotine just isn't an issue for me. I realize it is for some and I respect that, but for me personally it just isn't.

So although I dropped to 0 nic over two days and maintained it for about a week I realized (for me) it wasn't anything to be particularly bothered about.

And I have proven (to myself) that I can do it again if I ever feel the need.

I have complete control over MY nicodemon. No fear of him whatsover. That's freedom.

I just got my Sapphires in. So far so good. I really like love the size, and the tip. Vapor is a bit on the cool side but I think a bit higher voltage would help.

Only downside so far is it seems to have a bit of an odd, almost perfumy taste. However, that could very well be because the flavor is so much more pronounced that I will have to tone down my mix a bit.

It does have quite a kick, I may have to lower the nic to 4mg ;)

Overall, so far... :thumb:

It's kind of obvious that a number of "hardcore" members of that forum are invading our little subforum recently.
And yeah, it pretty much seems to be some sort of coordinated attack, seeing as how they all started doing so at the same time.

And they talk about how we are planning and scheming, which really for the most part we are not.
I strongly suspect they don't know the kind of retaliation we could pull off if we were really inclined to "bring it".

I am quite certain we could bring dozens of people in there to shake things up if we wanted to.
But for all you QSMB people reading this, we are not doing that, and there are no "secret plans" to do so.

You are protecting your turf, and we are doing nothing more than trying to save lives.
It is understandable to me what you are doing, but seriously misguided.

I was trying to wait until I'd been using it longer, but I think the Sapphire is now my new favorite cartomizer. I tried it at 4.5V briefly, and it does warm the vapor a bit. It's actually getting better on my Ego now that it's breaking in a bit. The next batch is supposed to slightly lower in resistance. I can't wait for the 808 version (I'm on the list to get a sample for testing).

It should really work well on the VV Ego.

I should say it's one of my favorites, I think I'll get more Visions to use on road trips. :thumb:

I'm going to keep my opinions of the Sapphire to myself until I've used it for at least a couple days.

I've been using the hybrid 510/306 atty (called the "Vapage") for a few days now. I still like it, but I'm starting to think it's not that much better than the 510s I've been getting at madvapes. One is working well, the other worked for a puff then shorted out. I emailed Bruce @ CoV and have yet to hear back from him. I'm not terribly hopeful. The marginal increase in performance for the $3 price premium just isn't worth it IMO. I'll reserve judgement on CoV's customer service for a later date, but right now it isn't looking good. Every other vendor I have dealt with responded to my emails by the next morning if not within an hour or two.

Maybe I'm just expecting too much?

Easy to say when you live in San Diego...
Well, if you folks would just move here, that would suit me fine.
I own some income properties, and the more people that move here the better for me.

So yeah folks, come live here...
--The air is clear
--The weather is grand
--And the women are plenty!!

And for all you ladies, there is beefcake here!!
Lots and lots of beefcake!!

(sees property values rising as we speak)

I moved to Utah from San Diego. Other than the weather, it was an upgrade in every way possible.

A few examples:
- Wife found a teaching position and has kept it. Every one of her friends who graduated at the same time and actually found a job, has been let go.
- Housing costs were cut in half.
- Our cars haven't been vandalized/broken into/gas siphoned.

I'm not knocking San Diego. I loved living there, but we got out at the right time.
