MMmmmm Texas Roadhouse... gonna have to find out if my local TR feels the same way! :)

That's exactly what I thought when I read the article. My kids and I go to the one in Conroe, TX for special occasions. I guess now we're going to have to come up with more reasons to go LOL. We love their bread, it's a melt in your mouth and sweet mouthful of deliciousness!

I like Texas Roadhouse!!
A few years ago, we had a horrible experience there- was made to wait for our check after we were through eating for over half an hour...we finally asked for the manager who we were going to pay but they could not find him/her....we walked out- no one to pay.
The service at this particular restaurant that night was horrible too.
Long story short, I went home, found who the owners of this restaurant was (by internet) and wrote them an email explaining everything.
The next morning, two men in suits were at my front door- they had driven all the way from Nashville. They were apologetic and gave us coupons for several free dinners. These special coupons were color coded and so when we went back to the restaurant to "collect," all who waited on us must have known something was up and they were making up for previous poor service or something- Anyway, we were treated like royalty!!
So, Texas Roadhouse more than made up for a bad evening.

Now to find out they are Vapers friendly- I like them even more!! :)

"The next morning, two men in suits were at my front door- they had driven all the way from Nashville."

I thought the next line was going to be, "They were detectives that arrested me for shop lifting, theft of services." :toast:

It's good to see that they went out of their way to make up for bad service, somebody got reamed out.

Yep, I left a note that I tried to pay and couldn't find anyone to take my money...also left my name and number.
We were tired of waiting and waiting and waiting. Oh, I left a penny on the table as a tip too. :)
