Lets try writing a ANTZ/CDC/FDA/MHRA style press release headline from the numbers in this study if they wanted them to be accepted by the public.

Ecigarettes are 25% more effective than the patch.

This is my headline...

Even the least effective electronic cigarette products are 25% more effective than the patch, even when the electronic cigarette users receive no support or guidance in how to use them effectively.

Still doesn't cover the fact that personal vapers remove the two largest chemicals (and MOST damaging/dangerous) found in smoking...NOONE seems to EVER mention that, or even focus on that...they try to place PV's at the same level as analogs...when there is NO comparison other than that tiny bit of nicotine
