Hi fellow neighbor!

Well if you've followed the news (it was on norweigian news aswell) you should have seen that sweden just got through with regulate the e juice as "medicine" Due the nicotine content, only. Their reasoning is "It can be used as medical purposes"
Such bulls...
However at the moment this is only true for one specific store that was temporarily granted to sell e juice while they had a court case.
But now it's illegal to sell again due this. However they're taking it to the highest court again.

If it will go through once again, they will start shutting down other stores that have e liquid due it counts as medicine. Which is pure bull...
So if that goes through we will probably need a reciept or similar and buy our juice at local pharma.

But it's so obvious it's all about the money. They said in an interveiw
"This is great, we now hope that a NEW and a SAFE product will show up. And we think e ciggs are great but not proven to be safe and effective"

Well effective? Tell that to milions of vapers.
Atm we've to import our juices.

Hi,

Thanks for the answer. But is there any e-juice company that already got their e-juice approved as a medicinal product, in Sweden or in any other EU country?

I'll quote myself from another topic where we discuss this matter.

You've a point but it'll also kill every small company there is that's making the juice.
Atleast in sweden to get a juice controlled and approved it costs between 58,360$ - 102,130$ per juice to get checked and approved.
This isn't small money and almost no company can afford this large sums of money just to get their juices verified and approved.
And even if it does not get approved you'll have to pay. So there's no insurance at all that it'll get approved.

In the end we'll have the big tobacco controlling the market again, and who knows what they will put in the juice?
They've put over 4000 chemicals in our cigarettes just to get us more addicted. So i don't doubt at all that they would do the same to our e juice in one way or another.

So i doubt that any company are certified if that's what you meant. Why would you want that anyway?
Are you afraid of other companies juices or something? I'm just wondering.
