This "smoking ban" article is really no big deal ...
However, it does reflect many no longer believe the lies about 2nd hand vapor.

"The law does not apply to smokeless products, such as electronic cigarettes
because there is not enough evidence that those products harm others."

Side Note:
Remember when the talk of the town was e-cigs are dangerous because
they contain Anti-Freeze ??!! --- Ya don't hear that anymore !!

It is good that people are starting to come around and aren't believing the lies as much as they used to.

I just shot off a letter to the WLU Board of Governors regarding their proposed ban that may include e-cigs.

I hope this works and makes them reconsider the ban on e-cigs.

I have always been the kind of person who fights for my rights, and in doing so, I am in a sense, fighting for
the rights of others as well.

I try to tell people this - when you sign a petition or get involved, you are not just doing it for yourself and if
you Don't get involved, you are essentially causing the dissolution of everyone's rights by not helping to fight for
them.
Standing back and doing nothing allows all the wrong people to get their way as we have seen all too often.

If I can help it, I will not let this happen so I do my part.

It is like where I live - there are people who move from here and say "Good Riddance" and never look back --
But --
What they fail to realize is that the reason(s) they left are still going to be there for others to contend with
and it would be better to fight for their rights instead of running away from the issue and leaving it for others.

There are at least 2 things I put a stop to on my own because no one else wants to do anything but then sits
back and complains about it. So I tell them, if they want to effect a change, they have to have a voice and
if it is something they don't like, what makes them think others will like it any more or less?

Have a Voice, Speak Out against Tyranny. It is the Only way to combat Oppression, keep Liberty, and truly
be Free!

Here in Virginia, our Attorney General refused to allow e-cigs to be rolled into the smoking ban in public places. He clearly pointed out that lighted tobacco products do NOT include e-cigs. If only every Attorney General would take that viewpoint we wouldn't be in this mess.

What really ticks me off is they have NOTHING to do with health concerns.
The IDIOTS who sell the idea of E-smoking bans just use health concerns
to mask their real agenda.

Their REAL agenda
Ban smoking AND Anything that even would remind them of smoking (period)

They KNOW e-smoking is Not dangerous to others.
They do NOT care if Everyone knows e-smoking is not dangerous
and saves millions of lives. The ONLY thing they care about is
banning smoking AND even the appearance of smoking (period)

Believe-It-OR-Not
The ONLY thing that will satisfy ANTZ is when smoking including the Appearance of smoking
is eradicated from the face of the planet.

To be more accurate ... Nicotine, smoking, and appearance of smoking

They don't care if a person is vaping ZERO nicotine ... They want it banned
because there is the Appearance of smoking.

If E-cigarettes were proven to be 100% safe to the user as well as to all others
around them ... The ANTZ agenda would Not change at all. There is an Appearance of smoking.
Ban e-smoking ... Save the Children

ANTZ are really not that much different from our elected officials in Washington.
