I recently purchased a Mega battery for my 510. When it arrived, it was obviously defective. It will not hold a charge and I can not use it to vape because it is so weak.
I emailed the company I purchased it from TWICE, and they will not respond. What should I do about this issue? I am pretty new to vaping, but I can not believe that someone would ignore a problem you have with their product. Their customer service leaves alot to be desired. Needless to say, I will not order from them again. Is there anything I can do about this? I can not find a phone number for them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry but I am new to vaping and to the forums. How do I find out if they are a supplier?
I clicked on "contact us" on their website and sent 2 emails, one a few days ago, and one earlier this morning. They have not responded. I did notice that someone made a positive comment about them being quick to reply to emails. That is why I do not understand why they did not respond to mine, unless they did not want to be bothered with the fact that I received a defective battery. I don't want to make them look bad on here, if they are a supplier, I really just want them to reply to my email and to offer a solution to the problem.

A few days ago was either going into or during a holiday weekend. This morning was probably their first day back at work and they may not have gotten through all of their emails/orders yet.

I'd be anxious too but I'd try to give them the benefit of the doubt. A supplier has nothing to gain by biting the hand that feeds them. Hope you hear from them Wednesday.

Thanks for the reply. I will just wait to see if they answer tomorrow. I hope so. I am new to vaping and was so looking forward to receiving the Mega battery, since the regular ones don't last long enough to me. I was so dissappointed when I got it and it was a dud. lol. I live in the middle ga area, just outside of Macon. Glad to talk to someone else from GA.

If you recently purchased it do you mean you recently received it and it was dead and you emailed them and its been 20 minutes and they haven't responded? I would give them at least a day or 2 and then consider how backed up everyone is because of the holidaiy and give them and extra day. Plus whats wrong with telling us the vendor. Nobody is going to base a purchasing decision on your problem just tell us.
