Everything but the kitchen sink huh? I don't recall Blu ever saying "safe" possibly "safer than cigarettes" which is admittedly a fairly low bar. Don't they have to have some evidence of harm for cases like these? Maybe this will be a good thing, maybe a judge can take a look at the scientific evidence from all sides and make some sense of it. We can hope, right?

mmmmmm............I smell a rat here! Everything being used by Diek's attorney as evidence, seems to be generated by our old friends at the California Department of Public Health. I'd like to know who put this guy up to this, and who are the other plaintiff's. The guy has a 50 page complaint file!.......... maybe he just sat down and listed everything he saw on the CDPH ads!

From The Orange County Register Sept. 2, 2014

Orange County Superior Court judge censured for in-office sex - The Orange County Register

So, 4 of 33 California judges that have been disciplined by The California Commission on Judicial Performance in the last few years have been Orange County judges. From the article: "The commission has disciplined three other Orange County judges since 2012, including one who was removed from the bench. Statewide, the commission disciplined 30 judges in 2013, mostly with advisory letters."

Not that this has anything to do with the lawsuit, but it almost makes me think anything could happen, although it sure seems to me that Lorillard should be able to easily defend themselves from all that crap.

This is a great development IMO. BT can afford good lawyers, can hire good experts, who will expose the ANTZ lies in public.

But would that be to their advantage? Exposing the lies would show that the ANTZ have been lying about all of the systems from the beginning. They don't want that. BT wants to be the only delivery system left standing and they sure don't want to help further the cause for other manufacturers. Wouldn't it be better for them to just keep their mouths shut?
