For those who don't read French or are not familiar with Google translate, the gist of the story is:
Business is down because of
- the explosion of new entrants into the vape shop business (smaller slice of the pie for each shop)
- internet sales
- indoor vaping restrictions
- ANTZ propoganda/sensationalized stories of e-cigs being even worse than combustible cigs.
