I couldn't find the link, but I remember reading one that was chock-full of technical stuff written by smart people, until my eyes crossed and I started drooling. Then I watched some Scooby Doo and drank beer. Here's a brief synopsis of what I remember from that thread:

FWIW I know greencig's literature states they no longer use the toxic Ni-mi metals in their products, whatever the heck that means. I would like to know what is in my atty bridge though.

I hope the ECF community can supply the proof that nicotine use via PV is relatively safe and manageable, all things considered by reasonable people.

A minority population has been using nicotine for centuries. Sans the real toxins has been known for a mere few years. We're destined to use nicotine. The sooner this becomes accepted, the better.

Thanks Rocketfish! It's worth plenty to know! I would think the bridge metal is the same. I'm betting manufacturers will be evasive with their component compositions.

This makes a case for regulation. The core PV technology seems safe. They're coming to market outside the typical channels in my view because the method wasn't considered during the hearings in the mid 1990s. This would be a totally different situation if the Vapor Revolution had happened in 1992!
