Under the Edit option, at the bottom, is create flavor base from recipe.

It does start from the assumption that you've input a recipe, nic and all. Once you do that, you can create the flavor base recipe and later make it at any quantity you want of it - there's an 'amount to make' box.

Standard math on a regular calculator should do the trick. 100%= 3ml, and (for example) 6 flavors at equal amounts would be .5 ml of each flavor. I would figure out your example for you, but I don't have a calculator around me at the moment.

With the flavor being concentrated, I don't think tasting the undiluted flavorings will give you a good idea of the final product though, I tried it before and it was horribly overpowering until it was mixed with some base. And if it turns out bad, you would have wasted a lot of flavoring compared to just mixing a sample 10ml tester bottle.
