Could also be a sinus infection. Or a stone blocking the parotid gland.

I'm with the others that if it was the e liquid, it would probably be both sides of her face.
That was my guess. If the the juice was citrus flavored it could have triggered increased saliva production and caused it to swell. Post a pic, maybe we can give you a more definitive answer. If it's the gland, she can massage it slowly and see if any saliva comes out.

I can't believe I see these kinds of threads and the first thing that comes to mind is vaping has something to do with every ailment under the sun.

Why???? Just about anything a smoker goes to a doctor about gets blamed ON or warned to be aggravated by smoking. Vaping to the WORLD is SMOKING.

Where did she buy the ejuice? A respected vendor or EBay? Is she familiar with VG/PG ratios? PG can cause some problems for people as can VG, but balancing the ratios or going 100% VG generally sorts that out. How new is she to vaping? Did she used to smoke? If so, smoking can mask teeth and gum problems which come to light when the blood vessels recover. I've never seen or heard of anyone turning into a chipmunk from vaping. More information please.

My girlfreind got some new e juice sincity soth and it made her right cheek swollen could it be the juice or something else ?

It's a legitimate question. The OP asked if vaping was likely to be the cause, or if it was something else. And it certainly might have had to do with vaping aggravating a cavity or abcess, since vaping can change the moisture levels in your mouth, and components in the e-liquid can coat your mouth.

I would guess that it is some kind of tooth problem or other infection, but I certainly wouldn't rule out vaping as an aggravating factor. And even if the question was "I started vaping and my hair started falling out" I still think it's legitimate to ask the community if anyone else had the same thing happen.

So that's a respectable outfit? (Not being offensive, I just don't know, but it sounds very legit) If it is, then as the others have mentioned you may need to do a methodical elimination of components that make up e-juice. First - as one person mentioned, does this happen with certain foods or drink too i.e/ if she eats a sour candy of any kind? Is it only on one cheek? It's weird but I always get what feels like raw discs on the roof of my mouth when I eat crusty bread for example)

Did you find anything new relating to the incident between postings? Otherwise, I'd suggest getting some VG and have her vape only that for a few days. Then I'd suggest veering away from citrus or cinnamon, and/or trying a different juice from another vendor you feel is good quality. It could be a flavoring, it could be the nicotine base used, it could be PG (I used to get a hard dry hacking cough, and felt my mouth and throat were "raw-ish". Or here's one, does she concentrate the vape to one side of her mouth specifically?

Does she drink enough water? - that's key because you've got to stay hydrated. All of these are only thoughts and ideas for you both to get to the bottom of this. Not having any medical flair, it's probably best she see a doc if it's bothering her as at least one medical condition was mentioned in a prior post that would affect only one side of the face, other than dental conditions. Good luck and let us know how you progress!

If it's a parotid stone, make sure you take documentation to the doctor (pictures or save the stone if it clears). They'll rarely believe you until they see it themselves.
