E-Juice Colour change

So I'm not sure if I'm going crazy here or not so I want to ask this question. I've been vaping for a couple months now and I just noticed that the colour of the e juice in my clearomizer seems a little off. Does this kind of thing happen with ejuice? or am I just hallucinating?

No your not seeing things. Ejuice tends to get darker after steeping.

sweeter juices will get darker in the clearo due to the heat from the atomizer "carmelizing" the sweetener in the juice (there is not actual sugar in there)

Yes, it's normal. E-liquid just left sitting in a bottle will change color as it ages. It will usually get darker and often develop a different flavor over time. Some call this steeping, some say aging.
Either way, it's a good thing to remember for when you get a juice you don't like when you first try it. Just put it away for a week or more, and try it again.

Also, in your tank, the juice will get darker still due to the burnt juice coming off the coils and washing back into the tank. It's really nothing to worry about, but it is a good reminder that our tanks, clearos and other toppers need a wash out and a clean every few fills to keep things working right.

So is it still ok to keep vaping the ejuice then? and once its all gone clean the clearomizer out?

This exactly^^^^^^ just keep the tanks and coils clean every few days and you will be good. I tend to soak them until I get about 5-6 and then rinse and dry burn all at once.
