I bought a battery from e-
juice-USA.com and it was totally plugged, could not draw any air flow thru it. I sent 3 messages via their on-line message response and received NO reply or recognition. Finally I called, a girl answered with several other company names and not one was e-
juice. But she did acknowledge the name when I asked. She said she never dealt with battery returns or problems and said try loosening the battery from the cart (had no effect). Anyway, don't care too much about the battery, I'll eat the lost. The complaint is the poor communication. I finally received a sorry email after informing the girl on the phone. Was told that the person monitoring the on-line messages was let go. I would not recommend shopping at e-Juice-USA.com. Well,,,, that's my 2 cents worth.
