I think you are referring to another thread!

Btw, what is a TRUE DSE901 ?

A DSE901 is a DSE901 ... The word "true" came about when people (like myself) sold RN4075's (pretty much the same as a 901 with minor variances) ...

2 different manufacturers ...
DSE901 = Made at Sailebao
RN4075 = First Union

Same threads on battery and atomizer ... RN is clocked to pull more power than the DSE ... Atomizers perform different and users either love/hate one or the other. :)

that about sums it up

Thanks Cashmere!

Mine is the DSE901, not, the RN.

So is a RN 4081 made by First Union? just curious

I cut mine 50 / 50 with glycerin. Twice the juice for a fraction of the price. Loads of vapor.
:evil:
When glycerine is heated above 150°C, it starts decomposition and produces toxic smoke called acrolein (acraldehyde, or prop-2-enal).
Acrolein is such a severe pulmonary irritant and lacrimating agent that it has been used as a

I use RY4 PG juice, 24 mg. I quickly noticed that it caused me to have a LOT of mucous in the back of my throat. I then went to my local supplement store and got a 16 oz. bottle of NOW brand VG (food grade, USP) for only $7!!! Think about it, 16 oz. is HUGE and should last a really long time. I've been mixing it in at about 33% and the mucous problem is MUCH better. I DO find that it dilutes the flavor of the e-liquid somewhat; however, I get thicker vapor and a much better throat hit, which more than makes up for the decreased flavor. Of course, it also cuts the nicotine content, but I'm happy with that :)

Through experience I have found that combining juiees is the way to go. I've found I need three components in my juice, all of which are PG:

1) Base tobacco juice with my chosen flavor.
2) Tobacco juice that enhances vapor.
3) RY4 to add a little sweetness and/or kill any undesired aftertaste.

I like Camel/Tobacco/RY4, though I'm guessing other combos would work just as well. So you can come up with the exact combo that you like best.

Got my first supply of e-juice the other day, which I was very excited for. I ordered low and it turns out I got high. I was a light smoker in terms of quantity and type. This stuff has way too harsh of a throat hit for me. I assume that the harsh throat hit is due to the amount of Nic and not necessarily the type of juice.
Is there a simple solution for toning down the throat hit?

Thanks. I really appreciate the help!!
