I'm not a chemist, but I can tell you that VG creates the vapor, PG contributes to throat hit and the flavors are usually concentrates that are also used to flavor foods and drinks. I'm not sure what you mean by "carbon build up" unless you're actually talking about the nasty taste from a burnt carto or an atty that still has primer in it.

VaporBomb, Gourmet Vapor, Backwoods Brew and Ms. T's Bakery are all e-liquid suppliers that you can check out.

Can anyone help with finding the chemical makeup of popular E-juices? Most vendors don't publish this information. It's all vague. Like "PG, VG, Nicotine from extract, Artificial Flavors, possibly alcohol". I think there's one or two that have a complete analysis published but I can't point you to them sorry.

How do they get the flavor and what chemical creates the bad tasting carbon build up? They use artificial flavors (search for flavor vendors) and as for the ?carbon buildup? lots of things degrade to carbon when heated since they have carbon atoms in the molecule so .... who knows. Everything just about. And if it isn't carbon, it's condensed, gunked, PG/VG/Flavor on the coil.

What chemical creates the "smoke" and any links to popular sites. PG and VG both do this when "atomized". VG has more vapor production than PG.

For sites... See the front page vendor list.
