That could pose a problem seeing how you're in Singapore. Since it's illegal there I don't think you'll find any legit company that would risk shipping to you.

As soon as you have 5 good posts (and the forum bumps your status, typical within an hour or less), you can post on the Singapore forums and get some local help that may have the answers you seek.
