If yr interested in DIY, FA's Cacao's nice at low percentages (3% in an Andes Mint Recipe). I tried increasing the concentration in the same recipe and wasn't very happy with the result. (like adding more unsweetened cocoa powder) It might be feasible at higher percentages with the proper support though (or in combinations with other chocolates? idk, I'm new to this and I'm just happy my first batch tastes nice.)
