While searching for the cheapest place to get nicotine in bulk I stumbled across e-liq.com. They have 1 Gallon of 100mg 100% PG nicotine for 136.99$. This is by far the cheapest stuff I've found.

This place has had many complaints, it's also known as e-cig_dot_com. It ships NIC from overseas and that's not where I would get my NIC from as purity is unknown. Myfreedomsmokes.com has been running sales on 1ltr 100mg nic for $40.00. I would look there for the best USA price.
