E-liquid differences

Hi all,

New to vaping, obviously.

We got a Joye 510 while we were in Vegas in July and have been loving it! I'm not even a smoker and I like it a lot. My BF is a social smoker, but not heavily (half pack a day at the most).

The guy (sincitecigs.com) that sold us our 510 gave us some watermelon and Virginia Wild Fire (tobacco flavor). Both are pretty good.

When we got back to Canada, I was looking around online for some e-liquid and ordered a sample pack plus a cloves and a belgian waffle from vapables.com. I ordered from there because it was the only Canadian supplier I could find that had cloves.

The new liquid I got is much less viscous, more runny, than the first one, and I don't get as much throat hit or vapor. Why is that? I'm kind of disappointed. Is it because of the viscosity? Or just the brand?

We're going on vacation next week and I'd like to have some good e-liquid to take and our original supply is almost gone.

I have family in the States so delivering there is an option, so not *necessarily* looking for a Canadian provider, but eventually will need one here too.

It is possible that the first juice you got was a mixture of PG and VG. The VG will make it thicker and produce more vapor, but not necessarily more throat hit. Like Salemgold said, browse through the eliquid reviews section and the suppliers forum and you will find a number of good options. Ejuice is very subjective, so you might have to try a few before finding the one that really hits the spot.

Thank for the replies. I'll probably get some stuff shipped to my mom's for the cruise.

Shipping to Canada from the US is what I'm trying to avoid. I have to pay 13% duty tax on whatever comes in. :/ Plus it always takes like 2 weeks to ship ANYTHING from the US to Canada (due to customs). I'm not that patient. Nor do I want to pay exorbitant shipping fees to get it faster. Bah.
