Okay so i found some loranns flavor and vg in a shop and wanted to know if i can make VG juice with that ? no nic ? and how ?

0.3mL of flavor and 2.7mL of VG would make a 90% VG/10% PG 3mL batch. 0.6mL of flavor and 2.4mL of VG would be 80% VG/20% PG..just for starters. There's calculators you can download that will help you with recipes.

Bishy has given great advice. What flavors do you have? Maybe we can give more specific guidance.

Just mix them both together. Note that 90% VG is gonna be quite thick though, a few devices doesn't like that much VG like a smoktech dual-coil cartomizer tank, I don't think this thick juice will be able to get into the tiny hole to juice up the cartomizer. You can find PG USP Grade in pharmacy, wal-mart and a few other places, it will help dilute.
