If your flavoring drop size is about 20 drops/ml, then a drop for every 3 would be about 16% flavoring.
If your flavoring drop size is closer to 40, which some are, then a drop for every 3ml would be about 8% flavoring.
Drop size varies by temp, liquid base, flavoring, and dropper style.
But, simply, no nic juice is PG+VG+flavoring, so you're on the right track.

Okay , for a TH and vapor does 80%pg and 20%vg will produce TH and alot of vapor ?

Sorry, you're going to have to see if someone with good experience with actually making that happen comes along. I've tried all the tricks for it that I've read about that seemed like it could work and never suceeded.
Sour and other harsh flavors help boost TH, the less VG there is the better the TH, but at lower vapor. I know pure grain alcohol didn't do a darn thing for me in the TH department, but I found other uses for it.
Might try Flavour Art's Qhit, but I thought I read that it needs to be in the 20% range to work, so I never tried it as that would seem to be crowding my flavors out.

The amount of flavor you use will depend on which company you by it from and even then will vary with your tastes. Vapors who use Capella may use 15 to 30 percent flavor. While FlavorArt may only need 3 to ten percent. We need more information before we can answer your question.
Well...kudos to join the DIY clan! I know Hoosier said PGA didn't work..however, it works for my grown son and his wifr. I've tried it & I could tell a big difference, but I;m still on 36mg nic...well, I'm going down to 28-30 now. How about some capsaian? It will give a minimal taste to your flavs. However, your flavs should mask it. Now since your new @ DIY careful with the cap it's a hooooot! pepper type flavor....Have fun!!! and bank the savings(lol)See you in the Vapehaze

You can figure any measurements out with the ejuicemeup caculator. For example 10 percent flavoring will make the PG content more like 90 % PG 10 % VG so you will need to deduct the PG amount added by that much-- before flavorings. The calculator will help you alot. You have to download the software and its well worth it If that one doesn't help this is a good one too has 4 or 5 calculators:
