If it weren't for the germs and other nasties, a used e-liquid exchange would be a great idea. Some guy could buy everyone's crappy e-liquids they don't like for pennies on the dollar and then resell them at a sizeable markup. The sellers make a little loot on their crap and the people who buy them get them for cheap while the middle man rakes it in. That would be a good business for Thornton Melon III.
