If you're referring to the shelf life of individual diy ingredients, it varies. Nic stored in airtight glass bottles may last for a few years. Flavorings, if capped securely in a dark, cool place, last can last from a year to indefinitely. Granted, the flavors will become less potent over time. Pg and vg seem to vary. Some are good for a year and some for many.

Time has a way of affecting colors, smells, and potencies. Keep everything well sealed in cool, dark places that are free from moisture and light.

I've said it before: I still have large botles of RY 1, 2, 3 and 4 which are over 6 years old now, always kept at room temperature and still taste good. Perhaps nic strenghth drops but they don't go bad.
Like RocketPuppy said, flavors and scent can change but as far as I've experienced they never go bad in a way like milk, meat or things like that.
