E Liquid flavorings (JR Watkins) Anyone try these? [Link]

has anyone tried using these as flavoring agents in their mixes (only talking about the pure alcohol / essence ones)

I've used the orange and lemon.They are like 85% alchohol so it takes quite a bit of time for that to evaporate out of your juice,the orange tasted like the peel,and they were both pretty weak.The cherry and rootbeer from them is pretty good though.

Can you tell me the method you used to create the final product?
You mention letting the alcohol evaporate out. I would like to talk about the method i intend to use with you to see if there are any flaws in it if you wouldn't mind

I just left the cap and nipple off of the bottle,but someone mentioned before about putting flavoring in a bowl and giving it very short heat cycles in the microwave,i think it was like 3-4 seconds at a time.I don't mind at all,i'm definitely not an expert,but i'll help if i can.

to ecf Blade646. So glad to have you here. There are some great threads on DIY. I have used several of the Watkins flavoring (purchased at Walmart) and have been quite pleased. I have used PureMint, Peppermint, Rootbeer and I have a couple of others that I have not tried yet. Just make sure it is the flavoring with just alcohol and pg. If it has something that is difficult to pronounce, i'd pass. These can be used in ejuice calculators or you can experiment like I do with just flavoring unflavored nic juice that I make also. I also like vaping Zone gourmet and super concentrated flavorings Because they are very concentrated you are only using 1%-3% in a recipe as opposed to 10%-20% using regular flavorings. Seems a bit more economical and I have found several flavors that I have re-ordered. Good luck to you and have fun. That is really what DIY is all about. (of course saving $ is the #1)

You are so welcome. I use a lot of Everclear and peach and vanilla flavored Vodka also in my juices. I use to love to experiment. But I've turned into a mixing sloth. You don't know me but I am proof that anyone can make their own. I'm also frugal. That's a nicer way of saying I'm cheap. Let us know how it turns out. I know it will be awesome. [emoji193]
