E-liquid for disposable pods

Do I have to stick with disposable inspired juice for pods or can I use any e-liquid? What would the pros and cons be for using other liquids? Many thanks

I have 2 freebase juices I'm using in my 0.7 ohm pod at 9 watts; an unflavored and a Hangsen Magic Mix tobacco flavor at 6mgs.

No problems and I don't see where there would be any, go for it.
