So I just orerded some e-liquid from EC Blends, have never had problems with them in the past. But this order one of the flavorers, peanut butter cookie, which I have ordered before and very much liked. This time the flavor has like a chemical kinda taste to it, that's the best way I can describe the weird taste it has. I used a brand new atty and running it on a vision v-fate, that has a glass tank wrapped in metal, so all the liquid is touching glass and using a glass pyrex 510 drip tip, so I don't think it's the tank. Besides I ran a different flavor through it and it tasted fine. So what does everyone think is going on, maybe does it need more time to steep or is it just a bad batch that was mixed wrong? Any answers or experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to everbody who answers and can help me out.

Did you let it steep or just use it right when you got it? I order a lot from EC Blend and even if something smells like it's ready to go I still let the juice steep for at least 5 days before using.
Was your previous order a sample bottle? Sometimes the the samples are pre-steeped if it's a popular mix like 50/50 pg-vg with nothing special added.
Set it aside for a few days and it should get better. Be sure to shake it up at least once a day.

Needs steeping, some fresh juices just like wines need to steep and age a bit. Shake the heck out of the bottle while it is closed up, take off the top, set it aside, possibly up high on a closet shelf if you have younguns around, let it sit like that overnight. Then in the morning, seal her back up, shake it up again, let sit there for a week or so, occassionally giving her a good shake and again, tobacco or very complex flavor profile liquid can take 2 to 4 weeks to age properly. The removal of the top and letting air, lets any alcohol in the liquids flavors to evaporate, leaving just the flavorings, nic base. The constant shaking and agitation mixes things up, the sitting and aging lets the liquid blend its flavors properly.

Nite Lite Vapors Gold is my all day vape that I have been using for 3 months now. Several reorders from them and never a problem. Here is a link to a thread that has people who vape NLV all the time. You will get some help there.

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...nitelitevapor-liquids-they-pvliquids-com.html

Please ask there and let them know what equipment you are using and where you ordered the Gold from. Hope this helps.

I just got some NLV Gold in the mail and it has an aftertaste like moldy or mildewy something.... anyone have a good experience with Nite Lite Vapors?

On the other hand, Heather's Heavenly Vapors is a great place to get ejuice.... I like Heavenly Army and Heavenly Tobacco and Im trying "oompa" later tonite... should be good!

:D
