Yes, different lvls of nicotine will change the flavor. As people test flavors at B&M's the testers are usually 0-3 mg nic and when a person goes home with a 18 mg or 24 or any other than the test juice, it will have a different taste. Also your build versus store setup will have an impact on flavor as well.

Yes. I vape 18mg. When I get a lower nicotine level (like taste testing at B&M's), the juice taste more sweet and pronounced. But I've gotten used to 18mg and I go through a great vendor that their flavors really do not fluctuate with the 18mg.

If you go through a cheaper e-juice, some of the juices are quite peppery because they use a low quality of Nicotine.

Maybe my taste buds are worn out like the rest of me but I make my own and I have changed my nic percentage. When I last increased my nic, I did not notice my flavors tasting any different to me but I felt like I has getting a more intense throat hit. Could all be in my mind of course. I never thought colored popcorn tasted the as good either.
