There are thousands of types of liquid out there. Some is thin as water and some is thick as molasses. Not to mention variations in PG, VG, flavorings, etc.

When someone says "this piece of junk leaks like a sieve", they may be using a very thin liquid.

When someone says "this piece of junk won't wick", they may be using a very thick liquid.

When someone says "this thing works great!" then they have found a good combination of hardware and liquid.

Newbies like myself should keep this in mind when reading these threads.

Good insight!

I've always maintained that the key is the juice and have always recommended that folks try different flavors, types, and nic levels to find the juice that works for them and their hardware.

Most have the mindset of finding the hardware to match instead though.

Its been my experience those combo the OP list do hold true except when the PV is of top quality. I have tried many mods and the best can handle any juice in any mixture of any kind without any issues.

Yes! I actually found that even among my 70/30 liquids, one brand is thicker and takes a lot longer to soak in when added to a carto and another is thinner and is absorbed very quickly but more prone to leaking.

Yeah, I really liked the REO threads and went to the site. Alas, they aren't due out until the 11th or so. I emailed via the contact form on the site, but hadn't heard anything back. Maybe someone else can answer, are REOs a first come first serve basis or is there a waiting list?

I have to agree for the most part, all of my high quality Mods will work with any liquid I run through them as long as I have a quality matching Atty on top of them, My Reo Grand, Reo Mini, VV Ali'i's, Feeder phidias, and a few others all kick some serious azz compared to the Mods of a lesser quality. my 2c
