I'm currently using a high premium E-juice Vaporfi "Grand Reserve" Pinnapple Pow and was wondering if it is a drip juice only, or can only be used in sub-ohm tanks. Is it safe to use in my Nautilus?
What exactly are you concerned about? Usually the only issue going from dripping to a tank is if the liquid is too thick to wick properly.

The only difference is VG PG ratio, meaning the higher the VG the higher the viscosity=slower absorption rate by wick=possible dry hits, also if you are dripping with high PG you might get a throat burn sensation (not real burn though). Otherwise they are all safe now a days. I use sub ohm tank with coils with a very high VG ratio E-juice, sometimes somewhat high PG ratio as well.

PG is actually thinner than VG.

Oh wait, is your nautilus glass or plastic? Some liquids do not react well with certain plastics. I'm not sure about that one though.

Used to be Cinnamons and Citruses - mostly has to due with high acidic content, so pineapple probably is in that list.

That was my thought too. I just wish I knew if the OP was concerned about tank cracking, lung scorching, wick burning, or wallet burning.

What is the PG/VG ratio of the juice?
High premium, that's a new one on me. :)

I call all of my DIY juice "Super Lovetastic Extra Special Nico Juice with a Twist of Hugs and Cuddles" so I can charge myself extra. I've yet to make a profit.

That does sound delicious I must say. If I ever start selling juice you'll definitely be getting a job offer to make up the names ;)

From their page:
  • 30% PG / 70% VG
You should be fine. I usually mix around 35PG/65VG possibly 30/70 depending on the nicotine level of the mix and use RTAs almost exclusively. On the offhand chance it doesn't wick properly, you could probably add more PG or some distilled water to it to thin it out some more, sacrificing some nicotine level/flavor concentration in the process...

LOL! Deal - my naming abilities are wasted right now since I almost exclusively vape TFA Keylime and very very rarely mix up some Juicy Peach and even more rarely - Parma-Violet from a stash I bought from the UK.

Yeah, that's not even a "max VG" liquid. I've never used a nautilus, but I can't imagine it would have a problem, unless they use some super thick VG.

The VG I got from MBV is thinner than the 100% VG liquids from Velvet Cloud, which in turn seem thinner than the VG I got from Nude Nicotine.

Pre-mixed e-liquids? 100% pure VG should always have the same density at room temp -> 1.261 g/cm3 (1.26g/ml), otherwise mixing by weight wouldn't work.

Pre-mixed commercial eliquids will probably have some distilled water in them to thin them out some, so technically they're still 100% VG, in that there's no PG, but...

Since I have really been going at the DIY I have also found that you can actually clean a BVC Atomizer for the Nautilus Mini very simply by washing it is Hot Tap water and blowing it out. A few drops of e-Liquid to prime and the last flavor is gone. This works with fruity and creams or custards but I have not tried it with Menthol or Tobaccos.

One note is if you fried a coil there is no cleaning them because it is damaged or burned.
