Hi everyone,
I started vaping and stopped analogs 3 months ago after smoking 2 packs-a-day for 25yrs. Since then I've been trying and discovering many types of flavors I'd never thought I'd enjoy. This practice leaves me with many bottles of partly used e-liquid sitting on the shelf for a fairly long time.

My question is, how long is the shelf life of e-liquid before it goes bad? What is the ideal storage conditions for e-liquid bottles that are used regularly, and the ones that won't be used for an extended period? Thanks...

I think the general consensus on shelf-life is around one to two years.
One thing I know for sure though is that sunlight destroys nicotine, so keep the juice out of the sun.

A cool dark place is usually recommended, but as for using a refrigerator or freezer...

There are some chemists who have responded in the above threads with their take.
They are all good reading, either way.

Eh, that seems to be my job nowadays... keeping the old wisdom alive.

Now if I could only get everyone to learn to do dry burns.
Or learn the history of electronic cigarettes and how Big Pharma is trying to stop us.
:)

Why do you say to not do dry burns??? What are its downfalls??? Thanx
