e-liquid that makes no vapour??

I made some coffee juice tonight with 50/50 pg vg, bickford's coffee, sweetner, plain vg and a bit of distilled water. I can't figure out what is wrong. I've made it before and it didn't make tons of vapour but it did make some. This new batch - nada. I'm wondering if its even salvageable.

Anyone else ever run into this sort of thing?

Possibly too much water? I tried Bickford flavoring and it was the least-concentrated of any I've used, so I figured it had a high percentage of water.

You could make another batch without the added water, then mix the two batches together.
