Briefly describe your problem or issueI ordered 3 Joye 510 atomizers and an 1100 Ego battery on September 10, 2014. I was called by customer service and told they were out of the platinum battery and told they would send me a red one.
When I received my order I was sent a 900 battery and the 3 atomizers I received failed within 20 minutes. I called customer service and was told to send them back. All items were sent back by registered mail return receipt requested.
I was called on or about September 24th and asked what was wrong with the products. I told them all the atomizers had all failed within 20 minutes and that it was the wrong battery. The customer service person asked me how I was using the atomizers. I told her I was direct dripping. She told me that I could not direct drip on an atomizer that what I needed was a cartridge. I explained to her that I had been direct dripping for over 4 years using atomizers. She said the battery that they had sent me was an 1100 battery. She said she would have the owner contact me.
Another person called me the next day and again told me I could not direct drip on a 510 atomizer and that I should be using a cartridge. I again told them I had been direct dripping for 4 years and she told me that she had been in business for 6 years. They again told me that I had damaged the products and they were sending them back to me and not refunding my money. As of 10/4 I have not received the products back and the charges have not been reversed on my account from the supplier.
I have contacted my bank and the charges have been reversed and is under investigation.
I do not believe the products I received were genuine Joye products and in 4 years of vaping I have never had a bad experience with a vendor until this situation.
