Evening fellow vapers. Once again I'm having another dilemma.

Anyone know of a supplier that sells a liquid with a not so harsh throat hit? I just got a 510 tank atty from Avid Vaper It seems whatever system my gf has tried she'll cough. I find it funny that she used to be a pack and a half smoker. I don't want her to go back to analogs.

I'm wondering if it could be a PG/VG ratio but even with VG based liquids she'll still cough.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated :)

I too had the same dilemma a week ago, I was getting that peppery throat hit at 24mg's of nic. Thru many hours of reading and posting here in the forums I got the same advise to lower the nic level of my juice I was using. So I dropped from 24mg's to 12mg's and adjusted my mixture of juice to 80/20 pg/vg from the 100%pg. This made for a super smooth hit, the harsh throat hit is completely gone. You may want to drop down only 1 step, like from 24mg to 18mg to start. Hope this helps!

VG will cut the throat hit but certain flavors - vanilla, coconut will help smooth out some tobacco flavors as well. Agree with the lowering nic though - which affects TH the most.

I usually get 16mg of nicotine for us. I'm thinking when I get paid to try 8mg or even 0mg. If that doesn'y work I'll try another supplier like Top Vapors or Velvet Vapors as others have suggested.

From doing a little research Top Vapors and Velvet Vapors are just doing the same thing as I suggested by mixing their juice at different pg/vg ratios. What I did was order 80/20 pg/vg from Gourmet Vapors and dropped the nic level from 24 to 12mg's. That combination pretty much eliminated the throat hit, you get a throat hit but it is very very suttle (which what I was looking for). And the juice I ordered was plain vanilla and chocolate lust from GV. I think I am going to bump up to 18mg to see if the TH at 80/20 pg/vg is bearable.

BTW - Gourmet Vapors is having a 50% off sale until October 15th - BUT read there disclaimer, they anticipate being EXTREMELY busy and orders can take 10-14 days to arrive. For me thats ok, 50%!!!! I'm stocking UP!

I seem to have a completely different take than most folks... but here it goes anyway...

I'd go with Vaperite, alien visions, want2vape or backwoods brew... for sweets... vapelicious, tasty vapor... perhaps Ms. T's... but I also found the flavors I got from there to be a bit more on the intense side... Ms. T's is some terrific stuff though...
I had to give my velvet vapor liquid away... I found TH to be too strong even at 12mg... the flavorings didn't agree with me... I suspected they were flavourart, but they never responded to my questions way back when I tried them...

...and as much as I like madvapes... I wouldn't exactly call that gentle... every top vapor flavor I tried has generous throat hit...
