You might want to try samples of liquids from various companies at different VG to PG ratios as well. And try different ohm atomizers and cartomizers. The more you experiment, the faster you will find your sweet spot.
I don't recommend trying to refill a prefilled carto. It didn't seem to work all that well.

Most people prefer a mix of the two. Some people have sensitivity/allergy to one or the other.

Check out the diy scene also. It's improved a lot over the last few months because flavour art and flavor apprentice are both mixing flavors aimed at us vapers. It still takes a little experimenting to find what you like, but it saves a lot of money.
I would recommend starting off with sample packs or samples (6ml and under) of different juice to find the ones that you really like and in the long run you will save more money this way then buying 10ml and up! At least this is what I am doing!
Not to be a downer, but I see your location is Ontario. If that's Ontario, Canada, I just wanted to share that based on some of the things I've read I believe Canada has some kind of ban on e-liquid containing nicotine. Welcome to the forums, it's a great place for a new person to learn alot about vaping. I read so much info when i first started it made my head spin. Take it slow and you will get the hang of exactly what works for you over time. i make a bunch of my own juice at this point and i prefer a 50/50 pg/vg mix with Grain Alcohol used to thin it out a bit. Find your sweet spot through experimenting with different juices ( and venders), personally i have found juices i like and hate at every vender i have gone to. Hope you enjoy that awesome first vaping experience you will be having soon, it's a life changing experience for many of us.
yes any juice any device. higher VG juices will not flow very well in cartomizers. so, if you will be using cartos (as theyre called) i would stick to a higher PG blend or somewhere around 50/50. good luck and Happy Vaping
Check out Obsidian Vapor. They have some great flavors, especiay the Mt. Dude series. If you like 100% VG juice check out Alien Visions E-Juice Boba's Bounty and Massive Chocolate Mint are my favorites.

Whiskey has it right...I also have been mixing my own for over a year now. Another good thing is its so much cheaper, buy the nicotin....some flavor...everclear////and you good to go. I think it probably cost me .50 cents to make a 20ml bottle...maybe alittle more, but its not much over that.
Lol thnx, i find that flavoring is definetly the most expensive part of the DIY stuff, especially because i caught a couple of really good nic sales. Then again for 15 bucks you can easily get enough flavoring to make a few hundred ml's of juice lol.
