PG-Better throat-hit (TH), flavors come through better, thinner, wicks better in most devices
VG-More vapor, smoother TH, mutes flavors somewhat, thick, doesn't wick as well

Most people prefer a mix of the two. Some people have sensitivity/allergy to one or the other.

Go with onestopeshoppe. He knows his stuff. We've only gone to him. I suggest the White Chocolate and Tribeca. They are awesome flavours. He may give you a deal to if you mention I recommended you. The White Chocolate is Dekang (China) and the Tribeca is by Halo a (US) so yes you can use different liquids. I find that each company has their signature flavour so have fun with it and try out different stuff. Just be wary ordering from companies outside, I have heard of a lot of packages being stuck a customs. That's why we stick to local but there may be a couple places that are careful with Shipping to Canada. Maybe some of the Cdn vets on here can give suggestions.
