Does anybody know what e liquid MVS use for the Prefill Carto for smooth tabacco? I tried their e liquid but it's not the same.

It's probably a proprietary, Chinese made flavor and you will be searching high and low for it, to no avail. Your best bet would be to try some more tobacco based liquids and find something else you enjoy. Welcome to ECF, BTW!
