Fix bug with Window XP (not save files)
Fix bug with the decimal separator (it did not take "." as separator)

yes, English language is available.

it works well with win7, using framework 4.0.
there are no installation, just the .exe to run

to work, it needs to create a configuration file (config.xml).
you can try to run it in another folder or administrator.
