Most of Volcano's fruit flavors taste pretty candy-like. Their Pear-adise is also really tasty, although I think it tastes more real pear than candy. They also have a fantastic Choconilla Haze.
I'm also a fan of PinkSpot (which is a more expensive ejuice vendor) - their fruits taste like real fruits, though, so that may not fit your candy need. However, their Black Mamba (a tart cranberry fruit blend) and Red Apple are super juicy and tasty.

You might like AVE juice flavor Gorilla juice. It's like a banana runts candy/tobacco blend. Most all of Alien Visions stuff is excellent.
Vape-a-licious has one called Vape Heaven, it's like pixie stix & sweettarts. It's pretty awesome.
Joogler Juice has gummi bear and while I hate gummi candy, I love gummi juice!
Vapor Bomb, Mrs T's Bakery, KickBassVapor, all have some really good, sweet, candy, and baked goods flavors.

I love vaporbomb's green apple-reminds me of jolly rancher candy!
Voidmist Pomegranate juice is very sweet, almost too sweet (but I still have problems putting it down!) Their cherry reminds me of laffy taffy, tangy sweet flavor
And can't beat that price at all (6 bucks for 30 ml!)

FreedomSmokeUSA Pomegranate is a strong fruity flavor, a bit sweeter than a real pomegranate and a totally clear juice. I would use 80PG/20VG in cartomizers.

If you want sweet candy and bakery flavors that are super yummy, I suggest Vape-a-licous Juices or Copper Creek. Although, I prefer the first, because the second has a heavy alcohol smell and some taste in the juice. Both are vendors on ECF and have threads and samples on their websites. Check out:

JooglerJuice has a great Fruit Stripped gum, swear I almost saw a multi colored zebra in the vapor
MadVapes Topvapor line of fruits, iirc watermelon, madgrapes, banana all taste like candy to me. There may be more, just haven't had enough coffee to remember yet.
Quick Nic's Watermelon Rancher is better than a really watermelon jolly rancher, it's a fav of mine!

I just got a sample that was pretty good. It's Cherry Bubble pop from FSUSA, Tastes like cherry cotton candy, but it's a little wimpy so I'd get it with extra flavor if you do get it. Pink Spot from Pink spot is good, and FSUSA's butterscotch is a really unique sugary caramelly type of juice that I can't explain, but it's my all day vape, and it's awesome.
