They are average. Much better to go for an Ego 510 type battery if you can. As once you get into vaping more, you will make this switch eventually anyway... Perhaps go for Stardusts too (and a juice you like the sound of).

Also, there is no way their prefilled cartos are 40 cigarettes. They would often last me only 1/2 a day before running out. I'd say more like 10 cigarettes. At most.

I started out on an E-Lite kit. It kept me satisfied for a while, but realised pretty fast that there were better, longer lasting options out there. Whilst they got me off the fags. I very quickly got an Ego Kit. They just work better and you aren't limited to using their cartomisers. Which are very poor in my opinion.

thanks for the reply. don't think i will be bothering with them. there is another make in town that looks petty much the same and their cartomizers cost half what the e lites do. 5 for 8.99 .
will take a closer look at them. they are called vip e cigs . up to now i have been dripping on 801 atomisers using my own mods. i get plenty of vapor and throat hit but was wanting to buy locally as my credit card is maxed out.

I've found the off the shelf ecigs mainly disposables have very low vapour and hit compared to a standard
510 catomizer/clearomiser setup, and work out very expensive. I've tried V-lite,Gamucci(quite a nice taste though!)
and Vapestick, the best but expensive. For emergencies it might be worth having a small stock of flavours and nicotine juice
ready so you can mix up some liquid quickly (you can get VG from chemists).

Cartos are equal to about 5 or 6 cigarettes because of the amount of liquid they hold: 1ml. You can make it seem like more by not inhaling much, taking light puffs, not using it for the 12 minutes or so it would take to get the same amount of nicotine in a cigarette, and so on.

it depends if you are cutting down at the same time as you are switching to an ecig. If you are just switching then you will want the equivalent delivery of your full cigarette's worth, and that is about a quarter-pack of cigs per carto.

If you are also cutting back then you might use the ecig very lightly, and in that case a carto could go further. It would be the same as smoking half the cigarette, not inhaling much, and the like.

To get the same hit from a mini as a cigarette, you need to inhale about 6 seconds (maybe more), use it for more than twice as long as a cigarette lasts, etc. That way, the ecig session is equivalent to a cigarette. But you don't have to do that - you can use it very lightly. In that case a carto might last you all day - but don't call it the 'equivalent of a pack of cigs' because it isn't. It only contains 1ml of liquid, about 22 drops, and experienced users will tell you that a cigarette is about 4 drops. And don't forget that you cannot use all the liquid in the carto, as some stays in the filler.
