Due to sudden growth in orders and our recent Spinfuel Choice Awards, we are experiencing an unprecedented number of e-mail inquiries. The volume has overwhelmed our current capacities! We are working to train more customer service representatives and to reorganize but there is a longer than normal lead time in answering e-mails at this time.
