Clearly, it's no secret that we are struggling to keep up! We have been swamped with an order and email volume beyond all expectations and forecasts. Of course, we are very happy about the volume, but we are scrambling to catch up and can only beg for patience. We have Patti working with us now in CS, and we are also training Elizabeth, and we even have others pitching in from different departments (where we have hired even more employees!). We are still very behind but we are dedicated to answering every email with the attention and TLC they deserve.
Every minute has been dedicated to the email effort which is why we have not been able to keep up with you here on the forum (or facebook), and we are so sorry for that. Once we have a little breathing room with the emails, I'll be back to spending more time here (I've missed you, and worried about you!).
We have always had wonderful customers, and we are so sincerely sorry for falling so short of your expectations. We'll do whatever it takes to get back to the great experiences you've had with us in the past. We deeply appreciate whatever understanding and patience you can muster.

PS We did not have a Christmas sale. We just can't do that until we're fully caught up on emails. We're still waiting on our orders from China to arrive to replenish our hardware inventory. Once we're caught up and have plenty of inventory, I'm sure Annette will have a sale for us.
