Yes, you can put a carto tank onto the E-Power 14650 with no problem. The Smoktech 3.5ml tanks are a very nice looking match.

You can't use the E-Power 14650 cone with a tank. Just leave the cone off. There will be a gap between the bottom of the tank and switch leaving the cone threads exposed. Looks OK to me, but some people get fuzzy about cosmetics and don't like this look. Some have purchased a cone as a replacement part and cut them down to fit between the switch and tank.

I own the 14650 and use the 1.7 resurrectors as well as 2.4-2.6ohm Fluxos

I like both, but currently my favorite is the fluxo. They are a little finiky, as in a little modding is required with the nipple. It's really easy and just requires some nail clippers However, I think that because they are a top coil design, the TH and vapor are really good for me and I get no gurgling and the draw is smooth. Battery life is also improved, but in either case I put a fresh battery on my PV every day (I vape pretty heavy).

I'm looking to try out the Phoenix as well, but the bottom coil with 2.4ohm is pushing me off a little. I am worried that the vapor will not be warm enough...

P.S. I also got a 3.5ml tank, in clear black, from CCV with a 1.7 resurrector in it and the look is pretty nice. As mentioned, however, the cone will not fit and there is a gap where the threads meet the connector. I will eventually mod another cone to correct this.

How much life do you get out of the fluxomizer? I have been looking at these and can they be used without an adaptor?

Don't even bother with a dual coil carto on a 3.7V device. A 1.5ohm dual coil is just two 3ohm coils in one housing. You might as well take two e-powers, tape them together, sitck a 3ohm carto on each one and vape them at the same time. You need at least a solid 4.5-5V for a dual coil to work well. If a single coil 3ohm carto doesn't give you a good vape on your PV, then a dual coil will only give you twice as much of it. So here's a third formula: 2 x crap = crap.

I'm using a Boge Leo 800 mAh at 3.7 volts and a 1.5 ohm DC clear-o-mizer (9 watts and 2.5 amps). I know...the amperage is WAY high, but it works incredibly well. In fact, of all the different combinations I've tried, this one consistently puts out the best taste and produces an incredible amount of vapor.

If I'm doing something wrong here, PLEASE explain why.

FYI - 1.5 ohms = 1.5 ohms = 1.5 ohms. The battery "sees" 1.5 ohms regardless of what combination of coils is used to get there.

I contend that it is NOT the same as vaping two 3 ohm PVs taped together. I COULD test your theory by doing just that in an experiment, but as a veteran U.S. Naval avionics technician, that test is unnecessary.

The Fluxo Supremes do not need an adapter on the e-power, however they are just a tad bit too thick to have the cone fit on. I am planning on hacking a piece of the cone off to make the hole a little bigger so that they fit with the cone.

I got the regular fluxo supremes, but wish I would have ordered the XLs, as I find myself filling a bunch. I got mine delivered on 04/30/2012 and I have yet to have one go bad. So, that like 2 weeks so far. Granted I swap between the five a lot, as I like to switch up my juices. I keep different flavors in each and I do clean them every 3 or 4 days by rinsing in warm water, soaking in isopropyl alcohol 91% for about an hour, rinsing them off under warm water again, dabbing them dry with paper towel and letting them air dry for a few hours. Works like a charm.

Can I ask where you ordered yours from? I saw them on gotvapes for about $10 (five pack) If I could get 2 weeks out of one,
that is about 14 cents a day. Wow. Even a week would be fine.

Yeah, I a pretty impressed with the time I have gotten from them already. I contribute this largely to cleaning them regularly in isopropyl alcohol 91%, then washing off in water and letting them dry. Then doing dry burns after the cleaning. I do this about every 3 to 4 days.

I got mine from gotvapes:) If you want to look around, they are called the CE2 Plus else where. I think only one or two other places carry them, like myvaporstore, and they cost right about the same everywhere.

If you get them from GV, sign up for their newsletter and get 5% off.
