E-Power question

I looked at the listing for this, and saw it said it had many improvements over the Ego. From reading the description, I didn't see what those improvements were. I don't have an Ego, though I was planning on buying one soon. I may buy this instead if I can figure out what is better about it.

I guess it would help if someone could list what the improvement are.

Biggest improvements are that all parts are replacable and the batteries are regular cells that can be swapped in and out without having to recharge the whole unit.
