I'm assuming you are a relatively new vaper from the equipment that you are asking about. You are using a first generation
juice attachment (e-smart 808 clearomizer). Many of us long-time vapers started out using those, and compared to current third generation
juice attachments, they just simply "suck".
Your clearomizer is using silica wicks to bring
e-liquid to the heating coil. Silica is an inferior wicking material compared to cotton, which the vast majority of tanks currently use. There's a reason why these are so cheap, hardly anyone uses these any more. My advice would be to upgrade your setup to technology that is something more current.

But since you already have these on hand, I'll suggest some things that might help your problem.
From what I can tell, if the clearomizers can make an electrical connection to your battery and fire the coil, then they are compatible with one another. You have to "prime" the wicks in the clearomizer with e-liquid prior to filling the tanks with e-liquid, in case you weren't doing this. An inadequately primed tank may cause a burning smell, because a dry wick will cause the coil to "dry burn".
