I ordered 2 Joye Stick kits from e-Smokey Treats recently, which were being cleared out at a great price.
The first kit worked perfectly. The second kit had issues with the button not working very well, so I contacted customer service. Phil replied back immediately, letting me know that although he had limited supplies of the units due to it being cleared out, he would take a look for a replacement to send me.
He managed to locate one, and let me know that a replacement would be sent. Over a week passed without me seeing anything, so I emailed back to find out what happened.
The original shipment must have been forgotten somehow, but after I let Phil know I hadn't received it yet, he made sure the order got out quickly for real this time, and I had it in my hands within a few days.
Things can happen outside of a vendor's control, and mishaps can happen, but in the end, Phil ensured that everything was resolved, even though these kits were on clearance and probably not very high-margin items. I'm very happy with the result and would recommend e-Smokey Treats to anyone.
