E1 Error Msgs w/T3's

All of a sudden I'm getting E1 error msgs on all of my T3's. I know they all didn't go bad at once. Any idea what this might be?

Edit - Never mind. Now they're working 2 secs after I posted this. Maybe the adapter wasn't on tight enough?

correct, also some people report pulling the center pin out on the t3 helps with contact also
